Job Description Summary
This is a permanent full-time position based out of our Melbourne office and offers hybrid working arrangements.
About the role
Lead end to end delivery of major IT projects ensuring delivery on time within budget and to quality standards.
Coordinate project scope schedules and deliverables across software development teams cybersecurity specialists and business stakeholders.
Manage project budgets typically ranging from $200k$2m including tracking internal and external costs.
Support development and execution of change management and training plans to ensure effective user adoption.
Oversee the delivery of system integrations across financial operational and field service platforms.
Ensure that all project outcomes comply with data governance information security standards and PMO governance processes.
Prepare project reports participate in steering committee meetings and manage risks issues and dependencies.
Facilitate smooth transition of project outputs into BAU including documentation and support models.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Skills and experience
Experience delivering IT application projects such as ERP financial security or field management systems.
Proven success managing IT projects with budgets between $200k$2m.
Experience working with in house software development teams across the SDLC.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills working across technical teams vendors and business units.
Experience leading projects involving integrations between multiple corporate systems.
Experience supporting change management within project environments.
Tertiary qualifications in IT or business or equivalent industry experience.
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 AgilePM or similar).
