We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Engineer with strong electrical draughting experience to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering projects from design through to completion ensuring compliance with technical standards timelines and client requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Engineer with strong electrical draughting experience to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering projects from design through to completion ensuring compliance with technical standards timelines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical engineering projects from concept design and documentation through to installation and commissioning
Produce review and update electrical drawings schematics and layouts
Perform electrical design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Coordinate with clients contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with procurement technical evaluations and project planning
Conduct site visits inspections and commissioning support
Ensure quality control safety and project documentation are maintained

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Engineer
Strong electrical draughting experience (AutoCAD EPLAN or similar software)
Solid understanding of electrical systems control panels and installations
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
