Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled proactive Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across Salesforce and enterprise modernization initiatives for public sector clients. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience facilitating Agile teams removing delivery impediments and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality increments in complex technical environments.

This is a remote role; however candidates must reside in the DMV area to support occasional in-person client and team engagements.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance

• Must reside in the DC Maryland or Virginia (DMV) area

• 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments

• Demonstrated experience supporting technical and engineering teams

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Kanban and SAFe

• Excellent communication facilitation and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certification

• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or cloud modernization initiatives

• Experience working on federal or public sector programs

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Coach delivery teams on Agile best practices and ensure alignment with client-specific delivery frameworks

• Track and report team progress using tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management platforms

• Identify dependencies risks and impediments; proactively recommend and implement mitigation strategies

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy prioritized and well-groomed backlog

• Promote transparency through dashboards burn-down charts and regular status reporting

• Support cross-functional collaboration among developers architects analysts QA and other stakeholders

• Ensure sprint deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria quality standards and contract requirements

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement accountability and team collaboration
