Responsibilities:
Drive meaningful outcomes by contributing to projects within HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) that advance our talent and business strategies.
Collaborate with senior HRprofessionalsto influence decisions and deliver innovative solutions.
Present project insights and recommendations toHR leadersshowcasingyour ability to create impact.
Engage in professional development through workshops speaker series and networking events designed to build leadership capabilities.
Qualifications Required:
Currently enrolled in the first year of aMastersprogram in Human Resources Labor Relations or MBA with HR focus.
Minimum 1 year of professionalHRexperience.
Strong communicationskills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications Preferred:
Demonstratedcuriosity and problem-solving mindset.
Experience working on cross-functional projects or in dynamic environments.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
