What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe efficient production.
Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
Maintain clean organized work areas and support housekeeping standards.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
What We Are Looking For
Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
Reliable communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand walk climb bend and lift materials or equipment as part of daily duties.
Capability to work in physically active roles that may include repetitive motions working at heights and navigating uneven surfaces.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
