What Youll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production of sand and gravel
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
Load and unload materials safely using heavy machinery
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during shift operations
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Willingness to work in a physically demanding outdoor industrial environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to changing priorities and shift schedules
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check
Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is required
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to stand walk and climb for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Frequent bending stooping and working in confined spaces
Manual dexterity to operate tools and controls
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required

Starting Pay $24.00 per hour DOE
