What Youll Be Doing
- Operate dozer equipment to move grade and shape materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Support production goals by maintaining proper material flow and site organization.
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.
- Assist with additional site tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Physical Demands
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and to climb on and off machinery safely.
- Capability to lift carry push or pull materials or tools as part of daily tasks.
- Capacity to work on uneven terrain perform repetitive motions and maintain balance and coordination inactive jobsite conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
