In this role the candidate wouldbe responsible forthe integration support and management of Software Program Management processes tools and metrics across the Common Core System Software Team. The candidate will beestablishingand leading teams; developing project plans and deliverables; and coordinating all aspects of projects in the development and implementation of Program Management processes requirements tools testing metrics templates guidelines communications and training.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior LevelProject Managers.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadsdevelops coordinates integrates analyzes andmaintainsintegrated plans and schedules for complex projects programs and change driven activitiesin accordance withproject management industry
Leads studies/analysis (trend variance impact) reports riskassessmentsand planning efforts todetermineimpacts constraints involving product development production rates process improvement program initiatives
Identifiesrisk and opportunity potential develops mitigationplanningand refines the business case
Develops andestablisheslead time requirements
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan schedules change and baseline management processes techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Acts as primary project contact toestablishkey stakeholder requirements and projectobjectives
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects frominceptionthrough completion
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
6yearsof experience with project management program planning businessoperationsor industrial engineering
6yearsof experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
3yearsof experience with Word Excel PowerPoint MicrosoftProjectand/or Milestone
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includesmanufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
Effectivecommunicatorwithtechnicalandnon-technicalpersonnelatallorganization levels including suppliers and customers
Demonstratedleadershipfordrivingissueresolutionandmitigatingtechnicalrisk
Experienceworkingwithcertificationrelatedactivitiesand/orcertificationauthorities(FAA EASA etc.)
Level 3:5or more yearsrelated work experienceor an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4:9or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
