Job Summary for Field Marketing Specialist:
- Own and manage the full operational lifecycle of field marketing programs for Mexico and Startups business units.
- Serve as the primary execution lead driving both live and digital marketing experiences that generate demand and sales pipeline.
- Partner with LATAM and Startups Field Marketing Managers to align on strategy then fully execute and manage logistics for marketing initiatives.
- Independently manage project timelines anticipate challenges and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
- Handle complex logistics budgets and competing priorities for multiple events and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Maintain primary responsibility for project execution ensuring flawless implementation of programs.
- Utilize 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or event management especially in roles with ownership of execution.
- Be fluent in Spanish (bilingual required).
- Willing and able to travel within the US and to Mexico (2-3 times per year to Mexico City).
