We seek an experienced and driven Asst. Service Manager to add to our team. This position is the main liaison between customers and service technicians. Their main objectives are to:

1. Service vehicles quickly and
2. Maintain high customer loyalty.

Essential Duties

• ***Service vehicles completing the main customer concern before any additional services***
• Schedule appointments with customers
• Greet customers as they walk in
• Document customers service concerns
• Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance
• Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians
• Communicate results of the multi-point inspection to customers
• Get necessary customer/warranty work approvals
• Invoice tickets with proper legal verbiage and correct warranty verbiage
• Regularly update customers on the status of their repairs
• Follow up individually with customers post-service

Requirements/ Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager or related role
• Honesty
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow a process
• Valid drivers license
• Clean driving record
• Friendly personality if you dont love people this is not for you
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (be direct but polite)
• Ability to explain complex automotive repairs simply
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations
• Strong organizational skills
• Superior time management skills
• Maintains a professional appearance
