Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Perform Ranch/plant safety inspections and complaince to Fed/State regulations
Assist with safety rules implementation
Maintain current safety programs
Deliver and conduct safety training for managers crew supervisors and department leads
Prepare summaries regarding in-house safety audits and injury investigations
Conduct injury investigation for Field/Plant
Conduct new hire and refresher training
Process injury claims while working with Human Resource Clerk
Process new hire paperwork for field personnel
Meet compliance and reporting of federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Eng/Spa) a plus
Prior experience handling compliance to Fed/OSHA Cal/OSHA DOL and other governmental agency regulations
Ability to perform audits inspections training identify and correct hazards etc.
Detail-orientated and focused on reducing accidents injuries and workplace violence.
Handle accident/incident investigation medical treatment corrective actions and maintain excellent records.
Prefer someone who lives in the Kerman CA area
Pay Range: Min ($18.50) to Max ($20.00)
This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
