Business Operations Manager

Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Business Operations Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Pentagon Arlington VA. This position requires active engagement with the requirement owners throughout USW(R&E) and CDAO and its mission partners and the ability to contribute substantively to in-depth discussions of proposed Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Provide expertise in organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environmentsProvide expertise in configuration management strategic planning knowledge management business analysis and technical analysisWork closely with other team members including Acquisition Specialists Business Analysts and other technical staffCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand the programs vision and help communicate goals throughout the programDevelop and utilize standard practices for managing requirementsProvide data analysis expertise in support of business priorities and objectivesLead management & communication efforts to ensure successful implementation of audit findingsCreate and maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering diagrams systems operations documents and user operations guides. Prepare reports according to customer with engineers programmers and project managers to learn about specific projects or with technical staff to make financial management and acquisition documents easier to and write supporting content for enterprise cloud computing acquisition and user feedback to update and improve content and revise content as new issues in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums demos retros grooming and planning sessionsConduct research to gain user insights into the use and implementation of Agile methodologiesSupport project visioning and requirements management on Agile and traditional development projectsEngage business partners to understand and capture enterprise business needs and requirementsPerforms other related duties as of DoD Systems Acquisition and IT Systems Engineering will be very beneficial though a fast learner can be fully successful. The successful candidate will help guide a large cloud effort from requirement development for future cloud computing acquisition. Understand and be proficient in Department of War Correspondence and Task Management Qualifications:5 years related Degree or equivalent experience as acquisition analyst/project analyst/coordinator for an OSD level organization. At a minimum the candidate is required to possess the qualities and skills commensurate with said to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentialityAssist requirement owners with refining assessing documenting and maintaining requirements in preparation for review meetings to convey key program objectives their relative contributions to the mission and estimated and develop requirements for assigned projects based on stakeholder and decompose requirements to a degree specified by the de-conflict and validate requirements with government leads with conducting capability gap and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats changing external guidance and realignment of mission prioritiesAnalyze potential solutions selected by the Government and assess the ability of each solution to meet the validated requirementsDevelop executive-level Business Case Analysis Briefings for assigned projectsDemonstrates excellent communication skills a high level of integrity critical thinking and leadership organizational project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to develop solutions in new and creative to work independently on projects from conception to completionExceptional written and verbal communication ability to brief senior executives with little in a fast paced/dynamic Requirement:Must be a US Citizen hold a current DoD Top Secret Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
