Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real difference during a crucial stage of secondary education This Behaviour Mentor role in Enfield focuses on supporting KS4 pupils and offers an excellent opportunity to gain long-term school-based experience from January 2026.

Behaviour Mentor What the School is Looking For

The school is seeking a Behaviour Mentor with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience particularly within behaviour mentoring or youth settings is highly valued. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be resilient calm and empathetic with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting adolescents at KS4.

444 per week pro rata to term time only
