Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and advisor inquiries requests or concerns. Address all matters promptly and effectively striving for timely resolution. Communicate with advisors clients and vendors as needed.
  • Update pan information in Salesforce and other department records as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and financial advisors.
  • Provide back up support for other Retirement Plan Account Managers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in such things as composing typing and proofing materials establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Adaptive problem-solving skills to ensure excellent service and expedient business processing.

  • This position requires demonstrated poise tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Education Training & Experience

  • College degree preferred; must have High School diploma.
  • Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred.

Computer Equipment and Software

  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Databases
    • Intranet
    • Adobe Acrobat
  • Typing of at least 50 wpm

Working Conditions

  • Business professional office environment
  • Standard 40-hour work week with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required
