A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. Youll navigate multiple priorities with grace supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics youll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.
About the team
We are a passionate group of logistics innovators who are redefining air transportation through advanced analytics and operational excellence. Our team drives Amazon Airs North American operations managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast reliable deliveries for our customers.
- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management or experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience in senior level leadership support
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelors degree
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or experience with end-to-end project management

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
