Were looking for a highly resourceful proactive and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is not your typical admin role-its a strategic opportunity to buy back the CEOs time by anticipating needs solving problems before they arise and optimizing operations across the board.

- Priority & Time Management: Own and optimize the CEOs schedule to ensure the most valuable priorities are always front and center.
- Inbox & Communication Management: Keep the CEOs inbox streamlined manage messages and respond professionally on their behalf.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and independently find solutions-no hand-holding needed.
- Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies create systems and drive smarter workflows.
- Project & Task Coordination: Track timelines follow up with team members and ensure seamless project execution without requiring constant oversight.

- Independent Problem Solver: You take initiative figure things out and dont need step-by-step instructions.
- Ultra-Organized: You thrive with structure and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Tech-Forward: Youre fluent in tools like Google Workspace Slack Asana (or similar) and you embrace automation and AI tools.
- Exceptional Communicator: You write clearly speak professionally and can represent executive leadership confidently.
