What Youll Be Doing
- Lead technical support for cement products across assigned markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales operations and quality teams to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on cement applications troubleshooting and innovation opportunities.
- Represent the company in industry forums technical committees and customer engagements.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.

- Strong technical knowledge of cement materials applications and performance characteristics.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Capability to lead initiatives solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safety quality and customer-focused solutions.
Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office-based work field visits to customer sites and collaboration with plant and technical teams. Travel may be required to support regional operations and customer engagements.
