Key Responsibilities but are not limited to:
To lead and manage a team of MSOs to support the operations of the Research Office.
Oversee and manage the research grants administration (including RCAs) research finance research staff hiring and ensuring corporate governance of research projects and research integrity.
In charge of claims reimbursements reclass funds check etc. for research projects.
Organise research events (research seminars/conferences/workshops) and handle research industry collaborations.
To handle research data reporting (statistics/data required by various offices in NTU external agencies government organizations and P&T/contract renewals/faculty appraisals).
Job Requirements:
At least a bachelors degree
Preferably with at least 5 years experience in research administration/graduate program management in a tertiary education institution with at least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a dynamic administrative team.
Financial accounting knowledge preferred.
Strong leadership stakeholder management and engagement skills.
Equipped with strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues and handle stress.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of commitment and initiative.
