we are seeking a Manager Accounts Receivable to lead and elevate our receivables function within a high volume fast paced operating environment. This is more than a transactional leadership role. Qualifications
Post secondary education in accounting finance or a related field
Five or more years of accounts receivable experience in a high volume multi entity environment

Hands on involvement in ERP implementations upgrades or system migrations
Proven experience implementing automation AI driven tools or workflow technology
Strong process improvement and change management capability with a focus on scalability
Advanced proficiency with Yardi or a comparable real estate ERP platform is considered an asset
Experience in real estate or property management is strongly preferred
Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
CPA designation is an asset but not required
