Starting wage is $19.00/hr
As a Group Home Supervisor you will provide supervision instruction and guidance to Group Home Staff provide for household management and complete required documentation of services.
As a Group Home Supervisor you will provide supervision instruction and guidance to Group Home Staff provide for household management and complete required documentation of services.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm with on call duties
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Complete staff schedules and manage call outs
- Deal with staff disputes and disciplinary actions
Qualifications include:
- Possess current and valid drivers license and auto insurance and maintain a good driving record
- Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening Driving Record TB test)
