We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer for SAP Responsible Design and Production within the broader context of SAP Sustainability and SAP Cloud ERP.

The circular economy plays an important role for SAP customers worldwide and impacts various business areas. This includes reporting on different types of product packaging in accordance with the legislation of each country redesigning products to reduce waste and source recycled materials and ultimately aiming to reduce the carbon footprint and ultimately to use raw materials effectively. SAP Responsible Design and Production (RDP) running on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) enables businesses to keep pace with legal obligations such as plastic taxes incorporate circular economy principles into core business processes and optimize design for a regenerative business.

What youll build

• Design Enterprise-Grade Experiences:Create intuitive SAP Fiori-compliantuser interfaces that simplify complex sustainability data for global organizations.
• Build End-to-End UX Flows:Develop comprehensive user journeys high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes that define how users navigate sustainability processes.
• Discover product potentials: Drive user experience design through user research customer workshops and discovery initiatives to support product management.
• Translate Insights into Design:Transform research findings and user feedback into thoughtful design solutions that improve usability and support informed decision-making.
• Elevate User Experience:Drive consistency and quality in RDP ensuring a cohesive and impactful experience for enterprise users.

What you bring

• Proven experience in designing for complex software products user experience and interaction design with a proven track record to simplify complex information.
• Experience conducting user research running customer workshop and perform usability testing and translating insights into meaningful design improvements.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) with the ability to craft clear wireframes user journeys and interactive prototypes.
• Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and working within design systems and component libraries.
• Strong foundation in UX design principles with hands-on experience creating SAP Fiori-compliantinterfaces for enterprise applications will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAPUI5 or front-end implementation considerations is an advantage.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams communicate design decisions clearly and navigate complex requirements.
• A mindset geared toward simplifying complexity balancing user needs with business goals and contributing actively in fast-paced environments.
• Growth-oriented attitude curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement.
