The Opportunity

As a Slovenian-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist you will go beyond basic support. You will act as a brand ambassador ensuring a seamless journey for adult customers within a highly regulated and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multichannel Support: Engage with customers via phone live chat and email in Slovenian.
  • Product Expertise: Provide guidance on device troubleshooting product features and digital services.
  • Account Management: Assist with order tracking membership inquiries and account security.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards by following age-verification protocols and brand policies.
  • Data Accuracy: Document all interactions clearly and concisely in English using modern CRM systems.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Linguistic Excellence: Native or C2-level proficiency in Slovenian and a strong command of English (B2 level).
  • Communication Skills: A professional empathetic and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable navigating digital tools and explaining electronic device functionality.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work on a rotational shift pattern to support our global customer base.
  • Experience: Previous background in customer service retail or hospitality is highly valued.
