The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is actively seeking a Reliability Maintainability & System Health (RM&SH) Engineer Associate Experienced or Lead Level for the Space Launch System (SLS) program in either Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) Louisiana or Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Florida.

As a member of RM&SH you will support the design manufacture test and/or sustainment of state-of-the-art joining this team you will be part of an outstanding group of engineers and analysts making history in the aerospace industry.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate risk of system failure and support proposed changes in design using National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) methodology.
- Review supplier submittals from a RM&SH perspective.
- Mentor early career engineers and analysts.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Associate Level 2: Typically 2 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Experienced Level 3: Typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Lead Level 4: Typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Some SLS program experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to obtain NASA badge/access
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Masters degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

Associate Level 2 Summary pay range: $ 91800 - $ 124200
Experienced Level 3 Summary pay range: $ 112200 - $ 151800
Lead level 4 Summary pay range: $ 136850- $185150
