Position Summary:
To further Wadhwani Foundations vision and outcomes we are seeking a Outcomes Analyst Impact to support the impact operations for the Foundations skilling and job creation initiatives across our operating geographies in India.
This incumbent will play a critical role in measuring analysing and strengthening the impact of hyperlocal skilling and job creation interventions. As part of a larger team the Outcome Analyst will ensure that program outcomes are effectively tracked validated and translated into actionable insights that improve program design delivery and long-term impact. One of the key functions for this role will be to support the connect between data program execution and strategy ensuring concurrent data-based advisory helps the initiative efforts translate into measurable KPIs/outcomes.

About Global Impact Team:
The Global Impact team is the Voice of the Beneficiary within the foundation and serves the vital role of understanding their needs and providing insights to enhance program Impact. We do this by learning alongside our beneficiaries and stakeholders using a right mix of technical and practical experience to deliver the data and insights our programs need fast.
Key Responsibilities
A. Outcome Measurement & Monitoring
Support in implementation of frameworks to track program outcomes (e.g. employment rates income changes retention enterprise sustainability).
Timely monitoring and reporting of the program KPIs
Monitor program participant performances from start to end of the prescribed initiative journey as per the approved approach and methodology.
Operationally manage periodic outcome validations through surveys tele-calling and field visits including those done through a third-party.
B. Data Analysis & Reporting
Quality assure reference analyse and interpret program data to assess effectiveness.
Ensuring data pipeline connectivity to dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reports.
Engage with the Impact leads for the initiative to Identify trends drop-off points and bottlenecks in prescribed program pathways.
Support in providing actionable recommendations to improve placement and retention outcomes.
C. Field & Stakeholder Coordination
Work in close coordination with the program managers trainers placement officers and field coordinators.
Support local implementation teams with data-backed insights.
Liaise with employers and community stakeholders to track job retention and satisfaction.
D. Continuous Improvement
Conduct root-cause analysis for underperforming geographies or cohorts.
Support in identification of any modifications/re-alignments required in context of the geography of operation.
Recommend modifications in curriculum mobilization strategy or employer engagement.
Support pilot testing of new skilling or job linkage interventions.
Contribute to impact assessments and evaluation studies.
E. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate beneficiary databases and outcome records.
Ensure compliance with the agreed initiative-specific reporting requirements.
In case required support on other internal organizational processes related to impact data and beneficiary verification.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Development Studies Public Policy or related field.
35 years of experience in impact measurement data analytics or program analytics.
Demonstrated experience of working in skilling livelihoods workforce development job creation or startups/ SMBs performance and growth programs preferred.
Demonstrated experience of managing and analysing primary and secondary data to generate timely and requirement specific insights
Demonstrated experience of working in a fast-paced results-driven environment preferred.
Technical Skills
Analytical thinking
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (advanced functions pivot tables dashboards).
Experience with data tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with MIS systems and data collection tools.
Ability to conduct basic statistical analysis.
Strong report writing and presentation skills.
