- Resolve inquiries related to our environmental services and products efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with questions about our organic waste management and recycling services.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic service issues escalating complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns and service enhancements.
