We are looking for a Systems Support Systems Analystto join our Johannesburgbased team and support the business-critical systems that power Global Supply Supply Operations and our Selling Partners globally.

About the Role

In this role you will provide thirdlevel support for key systems including TravelBox Travolutionary HotelHub Corporate HotelSource and associated platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring system uptime troubleshooting and resolving issues coordinating releases testing system changes and driving improvements across our technolog

This role requires someone who:

Loves solving complex problems

Is techsavvy analytical and curious
Can remain calm and effective under pressure
Is comfortable working after hours on a rotational basis (oncall support)

Key Responsibilities

System Support & Troubleshooting

Provide outstanding service to Global Supply and Selling Partners worldwide.
Handle 3rdlevel queries escalated from Global Supply Supply Operations and our Selling Partners.
Identify investigate and resolve system and business issues with a strong problemsolving mindset.
Monitor performance of key applications and escalate issues to vendors when necessary.
Support setup maintenance and configuration of systems such as Helio TravelBox HotelHub and others.
Participate as a subject matter expert in system enhancements and new projects.
Support testing of software updates functional enhancements and system changes.
Coordinate with vendors on end-to-end release management.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles.
Conduct internal training and demos to ensure effective system use.

What Were Looking For

Experience & Competencies

Experience in a role involving analysis issue resolution and communication.
Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills (Advanced level).
Ability to perform under pressure (Advanced).
Strong time management and communication skills.
Exposure to travel systems is an advantage.
Customer service experience in a support role (desirable).

Technical Skills

Techsavvy with the ability to troubleshoot complex system behaviour.
Comfortable testing system releases enhancements and configurations.
Ability to work with complex data sets and documentation.

Soft Skills

Selfmotivated selfdriven and collaborative.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hours:Normal office hours afterhours oncall rotation
