Role Summary

As thehead of PerformanceMarketingyoullreportdirectlytoandpartner withour joinusasa key member of the Marketing Leadership teamand be a go-to subject matter leader for responsible forsetting theperformancemarketing strategyandensuring our digital media investments are fully optimized with the goal ofgenerating and capturing greater demandthat convertsinto qualified Leads resulting insignificantcustomergrowth.

This roleleadsasmall butexperiencedskilledand growingperformancemarketingteam along with a roster ofad agencies and and consult with the rest of the marketing teamandfullyleverageourinternalexperts on theIT Data & Project Management teams-all while overseeing the management of high-profile marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • First and foremost lead coachand motivateagrowingteam ofpassionatecuriousandexperiencedperformancemarketers along with a roster ofmediaagencies

  • Support anddeliveragainstthe overallmarketingstrategiesacrossall digital channelsby developingintegrated performance marketing strategies tocreate andcapturethegrowing demand for our services

  • Overseethe implementation ofall ourperformancemarketing plansin collaboration withinternal and external partnersacross various channels thatincludebut not limited toSEM SEOMobileProgrammatic Display OLV CTVand paid Social

  • Develop forecastssetclearKPIsandwell-definedmeasures of success reporting on results and providing recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Implementwhere neededandensure we have theappropriatetrackingtomeasure andanalyzeour online media spend

  • Champion andutilizeMarketing Mix Modeling (MMM) multi-touchattributionand cohort analyses to continuously refine investment strategy andoptimizeROI

  • Monitor the shifting consumeronline habits & preferencesthemarket& mediatrendsourcompetitivelandscapeandcustomer feedbacktouncoverconsumerinsights toinformstrategic marketing directionandtoincreasemarketingeffectiveness

  • Develop and manage in collaboration with ITand the MLTourmarketing technologystrategy andmulti-yearresourcingplan

  • Managetheperformancemarketing budget and deliverallprojects/activities within agreed budgets and timelines

  • Leadthe ongoing effortto conceptualize test evaluate and present newgo-to-markettacticsprograms&campaignsthat drive the highestpossible performance

  • Manage agencyresourcesto maximize valueutilizingtheirspecificexpertiseto extend the capabilities of theinternalteam

  • Build organizationalrigorfostera collaborative workingenvironmentandmodela positiveteam-firstcultureforyour team and across the company


Qualifications

  • 10years ofexperience indigital/performancemarketinglearned&deliveredinfast-pacedagile&growth-based lead generationorganizations

  • Proven leadership skills in the ability to recruit mentormotivatecoachand develop employees

  • Strong understanding ofdigital/performancemarketingin thelead generationspace withdemonstratedfunnel optimization experienceand aproventrack recordofresults

  • Strategic thinker with a curious and creative mindset that valuesconstant and ongoinglearningthroughconstant experimentation

  • Effective communication with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to simplify the complexand bring data insights to life

  • A data-backedand results-drivenmindsetadept atanalyzingresults findinginsightsand creating actionplansto deliverongoingimprovements

  • Proven success with developing and implementingdigital mediaplansincluding strategic planningresource management tactical implementationandend-to-endtesting plans

  • You have experience developing and managingonlineadcampaigns&digitalstrategies across all platforms

  • You are passionate about the evolvingdigitalmarketing landscape and a strong knowledge and understanding of current trends inthe digital marketing space

  • Excellent project management skillswith theability to juggle multiple projects manage through ambiguityeffectivelyfostering teamwork open communicationand improving collaboration

  • Exceptional eye for detail and great problem solving and decision-making skills
