Investigator Background Screening Operations

SelecSource is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investigator to support background screening operations during peak season. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy working with data and value strong teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Review research and accurately input data into internal systems
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize track and verify information
Perform investigative tasks to support background screening processes
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Manage a high volume of assignments while meeting productivity and deadline expectations
Collaborate closely with team members and maintain positive working relationships

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data-entry skills
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Prior experience in data entry research or administrative roles preferred (not required)
Reliable punctual and able to maintain productivity in a high-volume environment
