The HR Manager acts as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives strengthen employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. This role collaborates with Operations Finance Sales and other departments in our Inspection & Rehab North America business units to deliver impactful HR solutions and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
Lead talent development initiatives including performance management succession planning and workforce planning.
Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and compliance.
Ensure adherence to federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Serve as a Talent Coach to leaders fostering collaboration and growth.
Champion talent initiatives across the business unit.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience including 4 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance talent development and employee lifecycle management.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
Excellent communication presentation coaching and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 30% (primarily domestic).

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $99800.00 - $149600.00 depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
