Youll start in the office (1973 J.N. Pease Place Suite 203 Charlotte NC 28262). We believe the best foundations are built face-to-face especially when youre learning our tools understanding our process and getting to know the team. After 6 months once youve planted your roots and built momentum youll have the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Most of your time will be spent out in the field meeting with business owners walking job sites attending local events and following up with your referral network. Youll have a North Carolina-wide territory with the opportunity to get licensed in additional states as your book grows.
This isnt a sit-at-your-desk-all-day kind of job. Its a shake-hands show-up be-seen kind of role. And if you love that kind of energy youll thrive here.

This role is $50K base draw commission and its built for someone whos in it for the long game. You wont see overnight riches but what you will see is a steady sustainable growth trajectory that rewards consistency relationship-building and retention.
