Position Overview:
Seeking a Professional Engineer Structural to join a fast-growing engineering team in a fully remote capacity supporting projects across California. The Structural PE will lead and execute structural design and analysis from concept through construction coordinating closely with internal project teams and clients to deliver accurate code-compliant and constructible solutions.

Key responsibilities:
- Own structural design and analysis for buildings and site structures (steel concrete masonry wood) from concept through construction.
- Turn surveys geotech reports and civil/architectural plans into efficient code-compliant structural solutions that stay on schedule and on budget.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers and drafters driving redlines plan revisions and tight clean drawing/calculation packages.
- Coordinate directly with clients project managers and jurisdictions to resolve comments secure approvals and keep projects moving.
- Support RFIs shop drawings and field issues while finding smart value-engineering opportunities.
Requirements:
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (MS in Structural a plus) and active PE in CA.
- 5 years of structural design experience on building or site-related projects owning calcs and plan sets.
- Strong working knowledge of IBC ASCE 7 and major material codes plus structural design software and AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Track record managing multiple projects hitting deadlines and leading work in a collaborative remote environment.
- Confident communicator comfortable in front of clients agencies and cross-discipline internal teams.
