RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and master all Priefert products and operational procedures.
- Communicates professionally with all customers.
- Ability to persuasively articulate the benefits of Priefert Steel products to prospective customers via phone and through email quotes.
- Study competitive steel products and services to enhance personal and team sales goals.
- Proactively create opportunities for new steel business.
- Make warm and cold calls using both market-driven leads and contact lists and referrals; create new sales identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Provide a flow of up-to-date correct information between customers shipping and sales department.
- Build relationships to provide repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations purchasing customer service and Outside Sales personnel to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Use MS Dynamics AX software.
- Willingness to learn Basic AutoCad
- Sales Experience
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to expedite open orders and understand production flow to give estimated lead times.
