Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Develop deep relationships with customers gaining insight into their operations goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
- Use maps digital tools and agronomic expertise to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Promote and sell agronomic products and services through on-farm visits phone calls and digital communication.
- Set and achieve measurable goals in sales margins and customer growth.
- Maintain accurate account records and communicate progress with the Location Manager and Operations team.
- Provide exceptional customer serviceresolving issues quickly and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Align your efforts with the companys go-to-market strategy and contribute to a culture of growth and innovation.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of ag sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- CCA certification is a plus.
- A sharp eye for growth opportunities and a proactive approach to capturing them.
- Strong understanding of product margins and the ability to maximize profitability for both the cooperative and producers.
- Excellent organization communication and follow-through skills.
- A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping customers succeed.

Compensation
$75000 $85000 base salary Commission
