As a Local Area Coordinator you will:

• Work alongside people with disability their families and carers to support them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
• Help participants exercise choice and control over the services they receive.
• Collaborate with local organisations community groups and the NDIA to strengthen inclusion and build community capacity.
• Support mainstream services to be more accessible and inclusive of people with disability.

This is a full-time fixed term contract from 23 February 2026 until 30 June 2027. The role will be based in our Bendigo office.

The role is classified under the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 4 with an hourly starting salary of $44.58 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.

We are seeking organised problem-solvers who are passionate about community and inclusion. To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or background in disability mental health or related fields (highly regarded).
