Required competencies/experience :

• French: written spoken and read fluently B1 minimum

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and orchestrating project activities ideally in complex technical and multinational environments

• Technical background and strong understanding of modern cloud-based software products and/or space technologies enabling productive collaboration with engineering and delivery teams

• In-depth knowledge of project management techniques and tools applied to costing risk analysis scheduling work organization (e.g. Jira Atlassian) and monitoring technical and financial progress and variances

• Proven ability in setting agreements drafting contracts and managing partners and subcontractors

• As a key interface with customers and stakeholders you have a deep understanding of business drivers and are focused on customer satisfaction and value creation

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Delivery and results-oriented able to work with limited supervision and committed to meeting deadlines

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under business pressure

Nice to have:

• SAFe experience

• PM/SM certification

• Experience with digital transformation projects or working in start-up/scale-up environments

Behavioral skills:

• You know how to work in a team even remotely and you have strong interpersonal skills

• Dynamic ability to solve problems and move subjects forward
