Job Summary
Pay Range:
$34.21 - $51.31A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
This role reports directly to the System Director of Talent Acquisition and is a primarily work from home position with occasional travel to HSHS ministries throughout WI and IL. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing analytics is creative and organized possess excellent communication skills and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities. This role is the key liaison between recruitment and our internal marketing team to ensure brand alignment in all advertising efforts for job postings and paid recruitment media outlets.
Role Highlights:
Responsible for managing all paid and non-paid recruitment advertising for entire health system
Responsible for managing and marketing employee referral program and contests
Work from home with occasional travel candidate must live in WI IL or MO (St Louis)
Serves as key internal liaison between recruitment and internal marketing team
Role Requirements:
5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing or employment branding experience required preferably within healthcare environment
1 year of direct vendor management or marketing project management required
1 years of experience with social media and campaign management experience preferred
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or related degree is required.
- 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing and/or employment branding experience is required preferably within healthcare.
- 1 year of direct vendor management and/or marketing project management is required.
- 1 year of social media management is preferred.
- 1 year of marketing campaign management is preferred.
