Job Summary

Job Description: Billing Manager at Allegiance Technologies LLC

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Manage billing disputes and discrepancies working with clients to resolve issues
Supervise billing staff and provide guidance and mentorship
Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related issues
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on late payments
Prepare financial reports related to billing and collections

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Proven experience as a Billing Manager or similar role
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
Experience working in a technology or IT company is a plus
Experience managing a team of billing professionals
