Job Summary

Job Description: Janitorial Manager at Allegiance Technologies LLC

Job Responsibilities:

Manage janitorial staff and oversee the cleaning operations of the company.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
Train and supervise janitorial staff to maintain high cleaning standards.
Inspect the facilities regularly to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs.
Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Handle budgeting and ensure cost-effective cleaning operations.
Coordinate with other departments to address any special cleaning requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing janitorial or cleaning operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and equipment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a janitorial management role.
Experience in budgeting and inventory management.
Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.
