Job Description: Janitorial Manager at Allegiance Technologies LLC
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage janitorial staff and oversee the cleaning operations of the company.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
- Train and supervise janitorial staff to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Inspect the facilities regularly to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle budgeting and ensure cost-effective cleaning operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to address any special cleaning requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing janitorial or cleaning operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of cleaning products techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a janitorial management role.
- Experience in budgeting and inventory management.
- Previous experience in a similar industry is a plus.
