Deputy Nursery Manager (Level 3) Twickenham & Richmond 38000

The role involves floating across a group of nurseries in the Twickenham and Richmond area supporting room leaders and ensuring consistent standards across settings. You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain quality compliance and day-to-day organisation while directly supporting staff and children.

Before You Apply

This role requires proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or above.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
Proven experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or above
Strong working knowledge of EYFS and current Ofsted statutory guidance
Knowledge of safeguarding health and safety SEN/Inclusion and equal opportunities
Experience as a key worker supporting children and families
Ability to observe assess and report on childrens behaviour

Desirable

Additional leadership or safeguarding training
Experience implementing a blend of EYFS and Montessori approaches

What Youll Do

Support room leaders and staff across multiple nurseries to maintain quality standards
Monitor and contribute to childrens learning and development following EYFS and Montessori approaches
Ensure compliance with safeguarding health and safety and Ofsted requirements
Act as a key point of contact for staff children and families
Observe assess and report on childrens behaviour and progress
Step into leadership cover as required
