MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salary on Offer:R21 800.00 per month benefits

- Degree Diploma in Hospitality ManagementESSENTIAL
- Minimum of 3 5 years Lodge Management experience within 5 * establishment
- Must have held the role of Assistant Lodge Manager Duty Manager Guest Relations Manager ESSENTIAL
- Proven Industry experience in lodge management
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Highly levels of attention to detail Strong leadership & organisational skills
- Computer proficiency: MS Office POS Opera PMS Systems ESSENTIAL
- Duties include:Oversee lodge operations guest satisfaction service levels supervision of lodge compliment co-ordinate teams training sessions develop policies stock management implement cost-saving initiatives upkeep of lodge equipment take responsibility for overall lodge operations and performance in absence of Manager Manage cash handling to minimize variances Monitor Guest feedback on platforms Guest Revu & Trip Advisor
