About the role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships in Nu Mexico.
This is a senior high ownership role. You will be leading brand partnerships and sponsorships overall strategy looking how we can keep building a strong and a culturally connected brand in the market. But will also be analyzing and selecting potential partners helping us closing the deal with them and developing marketing campaigns managing end to end process and having close relationship with other areas such as: business development creative team PR social organic media team building initiatives that can help meet both partners goals and Nu Mexico goals.

The Nu Way of Working is our hybrid work model that was created so people could collaborate more in person and still keep the flexibility of remote work. Starting in July 2026 we will attend the office 2 days a week while the other 3 days are fully this case in our Mexico City Office located near Polanco.
