Assistant Hairdresser (Season 2026)

As an Assistant Hairdresser you will be an integral part of our Spa team which is dedicated to creating refined relaxing and memorable wellness experiences. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and understand the importance of personalized guest care within a luxury hospitality environment.

In this role you will provide high-quality hair treatments while supporting the smooth operation of the Beauty Salon. You are a confident communicator a proactive team player and someone who takes pride in making every guest feel nurtured cared for and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides hair treatments for guests according to guests instructions or current hairstyles using Spa equipment provided. Hair treatments include but are not limited to shampooing hair cutting and trimming hair curling/straightening hair providing neck/head massage etc
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Spa menu and retail products to expertly advise guests and recommend treatments services and products offered throughout the Spa and Fitness facilities
• Continuously refine your expertise by embracing the latest hair trends and innovative techniques delivering an exceptional and personalized salon experience for every guest
• Ensure the Beauty Salon Spa and Wellness areas are consistently clean tidy safe and welcoming
• Assist with Salon and Spa services as needed including guest check-in/check-out inquiries general reception duties and supporting the smooth operation of the Spa and Wellness facilities
• Clean and sterilize all work areas tools and equipment in strict accordance with health safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor the condition of all Hair Salon equipment tools and facilities promptly notifying the Spa Manager of any maintenance or repair needs
• Always ensure confidentiality including data protection medical details and any information provided in confidence by the guest
• Support the Spa Attendants where required in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Spa Manager
• Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments
• Maintain a positive professional attitude toward guests colleagues supervisors and management
• Comply with company culture core values and operational standards

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional hairdressing role. Experience in luxury hotels or high-end salons is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Accredited Hairdresser certification from a recognized institution
• Experience in consultative sales with the ability to connect with guests in a warm inspiring and personalized way ensuring their needs are understood and fulfilled
• Expertise in wellness and hair care with the confidence to assess guest requirements and provide tailored recommendations
• Exceptional guest-service orientation with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage inspire and delight every guest

• Professional positive and polished demeanor reflecting the high standards of a luxury hospitality environment
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly as part of a dynamic Spa and Wellness team contributing to a flawless and memorable guest experience
