About the Role
- Offering a full-time fixed-term leadership role until June 2027 based at one of our Mid North Coast offices: Taree Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for Early Childhood services across the Mid North Coast region.
- Lead and support Early Childhood staff while engaging with families and community stakeholders.
- Apply strong knowledge of early childhood development disability and developmental delay to inform practice.
- Champion best-practice Early Intervention models to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Build strong community connections with funded and non-funded local services.
- Navigate complex situations with calm effective communication and sound judgement.
- Promote inclusive culturally responsive and family-centred approaches.
- Provide accurate advice reporting and insights to senior management and the NDIA.
- Collaborate with passionate professionals to support children in reaching their full potential.

About you
As a Service Manager you will:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (Diploma minimum) Allied Health Social Work or a related professional field to guide evidence-based practice.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years experience managing teams ensuring targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Demonstrate experience leading geographically dispersed and mobile teams while maintaining engagement and performance.
- Ensure families and customers are supported and satisfied while balancing organisational objectives.
- Exhibit strong communication skills when liaising with internal teams external stakeholders and community partners.

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program (PITC) supports the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to be implemented locally.
As an NDIA partner Northcott will deliver the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service to local communities in Northern NSW Mid North Coast Hunter New England North Sydney and Western Sydney. The EC approach supports activities that improve the independence and social participation of children aged 0-9 with developmental delay and/or disability.
