What Youll Do

Provide clinical leadership and strategic oversight for all nursing operations
Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and survey readiness
Mentor develop and support nursing leadership and frontline staff
Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive quality outcomes
Foster a culture of safety collaboration and compassionate care

What Were Looking For

RN license
Provenleadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Strong clinical judgment regulatory knowledge and leadership presence
Ability to lead through influence trust and accountability
Commitment to resident dignity staff development and operational excellence
