We are seeking an experiencedVice PresidentWestServiceto join our fast growing and dynamic team.

Whatyoullbe doing:

Theresponsibilitiesof this position willinvolvemanagingthe service department operations to ensure customersatisfactionincluding business growth through marketing and customer visits.

This position is one we hold in high regardin order toprovidethe level ofserviceexcellenceour customersexpect anddeserve. Specific duties to include:

Oversee Service Management and Field Supervisors for the West division offices
Implement standards processes and procedures relating to service in the West
Oversee Service Coordinators for division driving change and efficiencies when needed
Manage service contract and customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain subcontractor relationships around the country
Assist in sales process for new service contracts and requirements
Increase Service Revenues and Margins across the Division

What you bring to the table:

Bachelors degree in operations management or related field
Experience in management operations and leadership.
Previous supervisory/management experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Additional Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner tocustomers vendorsand to those within the company.
Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers co-workersand other personnelat all times.
