Job Summary
Our Opportunity
Chewy is hiring Specialists for our Dropship Operations team. Responsibilities include managing vendor ticket resolution customer service ticket resolution vendor fulfillment center management and new vendor setup. The Dropship Specialist will often be the first point of contact for vendors; it is critical to deliver high quality thoughtful service to our vendors. This person will directly develop our vendor partners and customers experience which in turn builds the Chewy brand. A successful candidate will complete and deliver priorities in an organized fashion and according to service level agreements (SLAs). They will consistently deliver routine tasks that support broader category strategies and maintain vendor relationships through challenging situations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal & written communication skills attention to detail be adaptable and apply learnings quickly and be able to work well with internal and external this role you will need to be flexible passionate about finding solutions and have a Customers First approach.
What Youll Do
- Resolve vendor and customer service tickets on a daily and weekly basis in line with our SLAs
- Ensure new vendors are onboarded according to SLAs
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise through onboarding and bring in support to resolve when necessary
- Work cross-functionally with category management delivery experience customer service catalog and transportation teams
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in ecommerce buying account management product management category management operations analytics finance or marketing
- Good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills (Excel SQL is a plus)
- Be a self-starter who delivers results
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Solid time data and organizational management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
