Psychology Graduate Newham ASAP Start

Are you a Psychology Graduate keen to gain practical experience working with children who have additional needs in a supportive and welcoming primary school

A friendly and inclusive Primary School in Newham is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join their team as a full-time Learning Support Assistant ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate who is aspiring to a career in psychology education or child this role you will provide valuable support to pupils with SEND helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will:

Support pupils with autism and additional needs in both one-to-one and small group sessions
Work alongside class teachers the SENDCo and support staff to deliver tailored support
Help create a nurturing and structured environment where children can build confidence and reach their potential

What Were Looking For:

A recent Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
Patient empathetic organised and adaptable in your approach
Experience working with Nursery students
A strong communicator with the ability to use initiative
Confident with IT would be an advantage
