About the Role

Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley and were looking for a Talent Ambassador to assist our Recruiting team. You will play a key role in providing a rich candidate experience during the interview and pre-employment process while working closely with multiple talent partners. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively on how to create the most efficient talent coordination process possible.

What Youll Do

Assist Talent Partners with greeting onsite interview candidates to ensure excellent candidate experience
Support the Engineering interview certification process by incorporating interview shadowers tracking interviewer progress through training paths and logging their development throughout the certification process
Schedule phone video and onsite interviews as needed
Manage all candidate and interviewer requests during the interview process

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and scheduling tools (Greenhouse and GoodTime experience a plus)
Experience implementing process improvement initiatives is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Organized proactive and exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

This position is a 6 month contract. The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding for the six-month term. Rubrik is not accepting applications/submissions from agencies for this role.
