THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and team focused Property Administration Officer to join our Crisis Accommodation Program based in the Western suburbs.

The Property Administration Officer is accountable for the effective and efficient administration of properties at our accommodation sites including coordination of property intakes inspections vacancy related processes implementing lease agreements and managing ongoing rental payments. The role is also be responsible for coordinating the purchase of supplies for office and accommodation facilities and for provision of other administrative support for the site.

This position is being offered on a full time 12 month fixed term basis.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position you will have significant experience in property administration and/ or property coordination and a sound understanding of tasks associated with property intakes such as lease coordination rental payments and property inspections. Other requirements include:

  • A qualification in Administration Finance or related and/ or experience commensurate with the position.
  • Ability to coordinate and physically assist with unit set ups and intakes;
  • Experience working with clients and building positive relationships with client groups.
  • Sound Administration skills including competency in use of full MS suite of products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills high empathy and able to support clients of diverse backgrounds;
  • A current full Australian drivers licence and be eligible for or hold a DHS Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
