UX UI Designer

The opportunity

A hands-on designer who creates intuitive accessible interfaces and AI-enabled experiences across web and mobile. Works with product engineering and research to design production-ready UI and to shape how AI features (e.g. conversational assistants generative content smart suggestions) behave and integrate into digital ecosystems.

Your key responsibilities

Own design from discovery through delivery: wireframes user flows interactive prototypes visual design and handoff.
Translate user & product requirements into elegant UI solutions using design systems and component libraries.
Produce low to high-fidelity prototypes (Figma mainly) to validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure design integrity through implementation and QA.
Work with UX researchers to convert insights into feature-level design decisions and iterate based on test results.
Ensure accessibility performance and responsive behavior across devices and platforms.
Contribute to and maintain the design system: tokens components usage guidelines and documentation.

Skills and attributes for success

Experience with web and mobile app design.
Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
Strong typography layout and visual design skills.
Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Balsamiq Omnigraffle InVision Sketch.
Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps user flows wireframes lo-fi and hi-fi layouts prototypes.

To qualify for the role you must have

35 years professional product design experience.
Strong visual design interaction design and information architecture skills.
Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools (Principle Framer ProtoPie or Figma prototypes).
Solid understanding of front-end constraints and ability to produce developer-ready assets (SVG exportables specs).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design patterns.
Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work and problem-solving.
Experience with analytics tools to inform design tradeoffs.
Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI tools and practical experience using them in prototyping or workflows.

Ideally youll also have

Experience with design systems at scale.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or experience working in Agile environments.
